Mr. Culkin recently (2017) left Picone after a 32 year career and took a position as Vice President at Forte Construction in Holbrook, NY. He is directly responsible for all new work, including bids, estimating and creating a new opportunities in joint ventures and especially design/build construction projects. His knowledge and experience has proven be a large asset to Forte and TAP. Forte Construction Corp. is a leading NYCT contractor, specializing in station work and ADA installations. Forte also performs work for NYCHA, SCA, and DDC.Mr Culkin started his career working at John P Picone Inc in 1986. He was an intern during college and went directly to work for Picone after receiving a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He held numerous positions including Project Engineer, Project Manager and Chief Estimator. He was a Vice President since 2006.
