Eventful Management, based in Munich, was set up in 2000 by myself and my business partner Edwin Courts. The initial focus of the business was to provide technical support, using local resources, to UK and US production companies for events in central Europe. After being in business for a little while it became obvious that there was great difficulty in finding non UK based suppliers of scenery for corporate events. To remedy this we started to build up a small stock of basic scenic items. This slowly expanded to the point where 5 years ago we rented a workshop of our own. The scenic operation has now grown to the point where it is the major part of our business, so much so that we plan to make it a stand alone operation in the not too distant future.
