International Integration projects, liaising with International Airports, delivering integration projects focussed on introducing/improving car park booking systems; Software as a Service; Planning and executing project timelines and deliverables; Maintaining project reporting and Governance documentation; Input and review of external request for proposals; Managing post Go Live issues/processes.

Managing a solution development team consisting of 4 web developers, 1 business analyst and 2 QA’s in an Agile environment delivering continuous improvements and fixes to the Megabus (UK/EU and US) and Oxfordtube websites whilst maintaining zero downtime for the website. Owning the process for release of features and projects from requirements gathering through deployment onto all platforms from test to production websites. Working closely with service delivery teams post deployment to ensure changes are implemented seamlessly from a customer perspective. Managing the process of ongoing review, prioritization, development and deployment including hosting daily stand up sessions, sprint planning, review and retrospectives to ensure ongoing validity of business priorities. Liaising with business stakeholders, business analysts and third party suppliers (e.g. Worldpay, Paypal, Motionpoint) at each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure new features and fixes fulfill business needs within the wider company strategy by ensuring clear communication and transparency.

PMO analyst on a nationwide retail branch transformation project to improve the design, layout and infrastructure of retail bank branches. Coordination of third party suppliers, local authorities and bank staff to ensure the ordering, delivery and installation of self-service machines, ATM and back office equipment takes place on time with the minimum possible impact to service.

Worked on multiple group wide projects including: server vulnerability remediation - liaising with internal technical teams to ensure servers are scheduled and patched with latest vulnerability remediation software; Power saving software implementation - Business Analyst role acting as a single point of contact for a group wide power saving software implementation impacting all desktops within the group. Liaising with business colleagues across all sectors of the bank to ensure smooth roll out of software to desktops within the group; Hardware refresh project - Managing the replacement of all head office printers within the group.

Laptop refresh program. liaising with BT head office staff and Computacenter engineers to schedule and replace laptops within the group ensuring all applications and work is seamlessly saved and stored on the replacement device. Progress reporting to senior management.

Managing financial reporting, invoicing and account reconciliation for a portfolio of research grants within the university. liaising with external auditors for EU funded projects providing all requested information in a timely manner. Liaising with grant holders to review expenditure and ensure all expenditure is accurately captured and reported.
