Senior Vice President of OperationsLed operations of $200MM+ National Merchandising provider including business development, store operations and call center supporting retail partners improving speed to market bringing product from vendor to shelf with focus on customer experience.Deployed inventory strategies reducing shrink and maximizing inventory turn through predictive analytics based on seasonal markets and commodity.Start-up of regionalized 3PL Division supporting merchandising (Vendor to Shelf), transportation, co-packing, reverse logistics, retail store and ecommerce shipments. Operations Vice President - Directed all distribution and logistics of this furniture & accessories operation including 7 distribution centers, transportation and delivery services across the Eastern and Central U.S. with a P&L of 68M. Strategic initiatives included Reserve Vendor Inventory, DC consolidation and improved Keep In Home rates. Each was accomplished through Lean/Six Sigma Mythologies producing an annual improvement yielding a percent to sales ratio of 7% and 13.5% K.I.H. improvement. Total operation contained 6 retail divisions, Transportation, 1,050 plus associates and multiple functional/corporate departments. Additional responsibilities included customer call center including credit application process and inventory control of Furniture, Bedding and Accessories (DC's & Stores).

Led inbound operations including inventory control and replenishment for this 1.6MM sq. ft. Regional Distribution Center. 21 leaders and 800+ associates.
