- Developed MSM’s team and in-house print and design capabilities which increased the growth and supported the diversification of the business into the marketing and social media market- Reduced print lead times by taking a continuous improvement approach and increased production by circa 100% by influencing significant financial investment in an ESKO Kongsberg digital cutting table which has enabled MSM to provide clients with unique cutting solutions- Manage production staff, printers and print schedules and effectively communicate lead-times to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements- Prepare artwork for print and manage client expectations in relation to lead-times and print capabilities- Took the lead on all design and print aspects of the Royal College of Nursing contract which involved the preparation of professional promotional collateral for RCN’s historic strike and delivered clear and consistent messaging in line with the client’s requirements- Play a key role in Business Development and Customer Relationship Management activities to ensure the sustainable growth of MSM’s client base across a range of sectors- Deliver software and equipment training to ensure all staff have the knowledge and skills to carry out their roles and to enhance productivity and adherence to quality standards- Liaise with suppliers in relation to materials and promote best practice around the sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of promotional products to give clients comfort around ethical and ecological standards- Build and maintain excellent relationships with many key UK suppliers to bring clients innovative and on-trend promotional products and solutions- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to meet with suppliers, build industry networks and gain exposure to future potential markets and products

• Assist customers with fuelling their vehicle and putting sale retrieving there change from the till to prevent long ques. • Maintain a clean forecourt and ensure bins were emptied on a regular basis.• Stock take any home/solid fuels (Coal and gas etc.) each morning.• Train any new staff on the fuel pumps and tills while keeping a careful eye for the first month to try and reduce the chance of a wrong fill.
