Delivery methods for utilities included pipe jacking, tunnel construction including micro tunnelling and open cut techniques.I have gained this experience firstly in the UK where I progressed to Contracts Manager and later on my return to Ireland in the late nineties I worked as Project Manager on road and bridge construction delivering on a number of the new major motorway schemes as part of the Government -Transport 21 goal.

The structure is 55m wide between abutments to accommodate the N18 north and southbound dual carriageways above. This in turn formed a water retaining structure to enable the construction of the reinforced concrete pile caps as support to the bridge abutments.
