Director of the Business Development team for a rapidly growing boutique media consulting and staffing firm. Focus areas include audience data sciences and analytics, yield optimization, business intelligence applications, TV and digital ad sales and commercial operations, broadcast and digital workflow systems, asset management and vendor gap analysis.

Closely manage and oversee all accounts, building and maintaining senior level client relationships, plus developing new business strategies, leading pitch meetings and periodic global travel to meet with prospective and existing clients. Lead the product management teams for the Advant and Media Mantra (Prophet 2.0) product lines, developing detailed project goals, budgets and creating comprehensive projections.

Conceptualize and assist in development of new products for Advant, based on expert media planning, marketing, research and ad sales knowledge. Present extensive media knowledge and display unwavering comprehension of our potential and current client needs. Consistently meet with existing clients to manage expectations and prepare for upgrades and new features. Translate business requirements into clear product specs, while performing constant quality control. Work with onshore and offshore technical teams to fully execute plans.

Developed and revised sales proposals, monitored deals to ensure 100% delivery within flight. Worked with marketing sales teams to develop advertiser sponsorship and added value. Identified audience strengths in programming to target specific advertisers with the assistance of ad sales research team. Created a comprehensive marketplace intelligence report utilized by ad sales management team. Initiated a digital advertising "Frequently Asked Questions" quick answer guide to assist account executives in understanding and selling our digital platforms and offerings.
