This role included purchasing land, establishing and operating bank accounts, developing briefs for consultants, and managing the design and construction of projects.Each of these projects was valued at US$30m-US$300m, and were located in Hawaii, Asia or Europe, and required intensive negotiations with government authorities and financial institutions.
