-Manage 2 staff locally and 5 staff in Manila for all global financial reporting and ad hoc inquiries. My responsibilities include:-Month end close and report final figures; Implement, design and administrator of budgeting software; Administrator of in house Key Performance Measure (Insight) and CMP (Client Matter Profitability) system; Process improvement on key financial reports using excel and access (macros); Provide support to Accounting / Marketing / Collections / HR / IT / Partners / Regional Finance.-Part of the ESP team, which is a 2 year project to upgrade the Billing/GL and BWBI systems as well as maintaining close and reporting duties.- Major contributions have included building a reporting system to adhere to new Corporate structure; Constructed and prepare monthly Partner data sheets; Created Regional/Functional expense and Headcount analysis tools.

-Subject Matter Expert for the Merchant Services Division. Responsibilities include: Manage individuals for expense analysis and plan/forecast Data; Liaison/coordinate plan and forecast data for all business units (40+) in 3 different systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Findata (in house system)); Prepare and distribute weekly statistical data to high level Executives; Assist in preparation for the Q&A for SEC reporting; Maintain data tables of key metrics/indicators of our business; Provide efficiencies among various departments (Macros, Access); Member of the C4C, Dashboard, DSS, UFO, and Findata P&A teams
