I serve as the real estate solutions leader at Deloitte, where I’m focused on operational transformation and innovation, working primarily with real estate operating companies, investment managers and service providers.My entire career has centered on helping companies improve their operations, and most of those companies have been in the global real estate industry. I’ve been privileged to build trusted business adviser relationships with senior executives at some of the largest organizations in the global real estate industry, and have led engagement teams that consistently deliver value and improve client operations.In addition to general management consulting experience, I’m a certified master facilitator and was responsible for the west coast collaborative work practice at Ernst & Young and then Cap Gemini.
