Task Leader of software application development team. I was selected to bring a Systems Engineering approach to complex problems confronting the team. In this role, I am training and guiding team members to be careful about documenting and validating customer requirements, identifying and documenting use cases based on requirements, and developing test plans in which the test cases are tied to requirements.
