Responsible for all operations of the company including procurement, warehousing, Amazon/marketplace sales, International sales, distribution, manufacturing, lean transformation, and PMO. Grew International revenues 70% in first year, forecasted growth of 100%+ growth in year 2. Grew Amazon/marketplaces revenues 150% YOY. Designed and executed comprehensive cost reduction program that realized ~10% reduction in $100 million in procured product and services.

Managed all financial reporting and operations for PE owned company, including monthly and quarterly closing of the books, reporting results to board of directors, and completing the year-end audit. Established and built out FP&A capability. Conducted bid process and transitioned to new audit firm relationship.

Built in-market teams and corporate infrastructure to enable the commercialization of a suite of industry leading fertility treatments for an early stage, pre-revenue biotechnology company as a member of the senior management team.

Led North American operations and business development for high growth marketing outsourcing firm. Grew business from $630 million in revenue from 16 countries in 2011 to $1 billion in revenue from 45 countries in 2014.

Designed and led operations strategy for the $42 billion Pharmacy business across all of Walgreens’ lines of business, reported to the President of Pharmacy Services.

Managed all aspects of the engagement including client relationships, team development, problem solving and implementation. Led 2-3 concurrent teams, each of 5-10 consultants and client personnel, in multiple industries. Developed deep cross-functional experience in revenue growth strategies and cost reduction programs as a leader in the firm’s Travel and Logistics practice.
