As a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Nordson EFD, I lead the R&D and New Product Development teams for fluid dispensing products. With over 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics, I oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.I create cohesive and collaborative teams across engineering disciplines, and manage the engineering testing lab and personnel.
