Direct all international freshmen and transfer recruitment and application review for one of the four university centers of the SUNY system; supervise professional staff team of 4, and support/student staff of 2; and responsible for awarding of all international merit-based scholarships.• Direct and manage the development and implementation of all annual marketing, recruitment and travel plans for international admissions and recruitment activities. The Office is physically active in 25 to 30 countries a year recruiting. Developed a full international communications and marketing plan, including view book and other supporting brochures (in multiple languages), recruitment video, and other key marketing pieces. • Extensive personal travel and recruitment throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, South America and Middle East. Personally spend approximately 80 to 90 days a year recruiting overseas.• In additional to overseeing the admission decisions of all international freshman and transfers applicants, evaluate all international transfer credits and course equivalents for students. • Increased international enrollment by more than 300%. • Manager and central player in accomplishing growth of total UAlbany international population from 690 to 1750.• Designated School Official for SEVIS and issue undergraduate I-20s.• Manage university relationships of an extensive global network of recruitment agents to facilitate international student mobility.• Project manages the design and implementation of overseas dual degree programs and transfer and articulation agreements. • Designed and maintain the management of a highly successful Conditional ESL Admissions program with an on campus Intensive English Language Program. Conditional admit program is majority of IELP student population and revenue supplier.• Represent Graduate Studies, Intensive English Language Program, and Study Abroad at all overseas recruitment fairs and with overseas recruitment agents.

In additional to my international duties while in this position, I remained a key supporting senior staff member for domestic admissions activities; assisting in the team review of New York City applicants; representing as a senior staff member for Undergraduate Admissions at off campus recruitment receptions, assisting as needed at domestic college fairs, open houses and other such activities.
