My mission is to optimize the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of our manufacturing processes and products, while ensuring compliance with the highest standards and regulations.As the North America Head of Operational Excellence, I lead a team of experts who support the continuous improvement and innovation of our quality testing operations across the region. I leverage my skills and certifications in agile and lean methodologies, problem solving, and data analysis, to identify and implement solutions that enhance our operational performance and customer satisfaction. I am also a doer who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering results, and learning new things.
