The primary objective is to mitigate against disruption to live services or critical systems within either tunnels that might affect the tunnel operation or the wider airport as a whole. This system has proved to be a highly successful medium through which to verify the methodology of the works activity and communicate planned works without contravening the agreed Minimum Operating Requirements.
