Worked on the schematic design for a 32,000 sqft office building, a 125-room hotel and several smaller projects such as a coffee shop and a community performance center. My responsibilities range from design, drawings, renderings to client meetings, communication and city presentations. Also performed on construction documents for K-12 schools, luxury condos, and community pool facilities. I was also a part of the residential building review board for several communities that OHM developed. I review incoming building designs and make sure they are up to code, and offer suggestions when needed.
