CMP and Wet etch maintenance technician. Perform standard preventative maintenance and non- standard repairs on Ebara CMP tools, Screen F-Rex 3000 wet etch tools.

- Schematics, board-level debug, Hardware test validation - Provide feedback to Business Groups so we can Implement changes to software/hardware design- Perform GRC (gross reality checks) on Systems to make sure we are CE (Copy Exactly) across sites

- Lead Technician and point of contact- Provide training to test personnel on processes and debug techniques- Operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment- Conducts engineering and detailed experimental testing to collect data or assist in validation work- Assist in developing Test for NPI's (new product introductions)- Responsible for testing, troubleshooting,debugging systems- Develop LEAN improvement processes- Basic creation of batch and scripting files

- Collects and evaluates operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization - Responsible for running production in a qualitative way. Also, responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining- Responsible for improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability
