• Oversee all legal, contractual, financial, operational aspects of the business with annual revenues of approximately $4M annually• Representing the company’s tax authority, legal liaison to corporate representation• Managing 55 full-time employees. Responsible for retention, disciplinary issues, compensation evaluation and approval & denial processes• Impose a well-managed Chain-of-Command structure that allows the employees to “know someone will hear their story” on the plant floor

• Reporting to owner, responsible for all operational components of manufacturing• Reported to Board of Directors on Year-to-Date performance, regional/national market analysis • Financial statement evaluations at monthly, quarterly, and yearly date points • Market analysis & projections• Liaison between management and all department personnel position on all aspects of operations• Implemented all strategies of production; marketing, staffing, physical plant equipment acquisitions• Legal contact on all issues pertaining to labor law, contractual obligations, underwriting business packages including medical and operational insurances
