Client Service Manager
CurrentAs a Client Service Manager at Moneta, I am the first line of support for our “Raving Fan” client experience. I serve as the first point of contact for all client questions, prepare their client review materials and package their mailings. I also empower my team’s Partners and Advisors to spend more time with clients through crucial support work. This includes executing trades, compiling performance data, running transaction data, monitoring asset allocations, tracking required distributions, adjusting 401(k) plans and processing IRA contributions and distributions.
