  OUR VISION: Organization has the vision to meet the challenges of the sociology-economy activities of the community as well as the nation by ensuring that members of the society are equipped with the relevant knowledge and skills focused on local capacity building and support to development programs, homage to relief vulnerable group and environment conservation to enable best living practices.OUR MISSION: The office has the mission committed to the continuous transformation of the vulnerable community, group in Tanzania using development activities, promotion of events and good conduct so as to foster grassroots initiatives (Social Action) intended to enhance the technical and managerial capabilities and attitudes to self managed development and to improve the delivery of and access to social, economic and environmental activities.OUR GOAL: To partner with donors to develop projects to reduce the level of poverty in our communities. We help develop sustainable economic initiatives as opposed to providing temporary relief to the people of the region. Our focus is to emphasize the importance of education and collective responsibility in order to achieve success through these projects.OPEN MEMBERSHIP: Open membership to non trustee’s young men and women are entitled prior to thoughtful applications procedures and the approval by general meeting of the TPYDAAF. VIP membership is awarded to new trustee and board of trustees emeritus members on annual fees consideration. Members are also financially dependent on each other accumulate Equity (the value of property exceeding the total debts on it) in their stock, subsequent purchasers must either have a substantial amount of cash available or locate a seller who is willing to recoup the equity in installments over several years.
