CurrentGreeting guests with a warm smile and making them feel welcome. Escorting diners to their table and engaging them in pleasant conversation. Knowing the menu thoroughly and answering customersʼ questions confidently. Coordinate and dispatch food orders to the appropriate delivery drivers or service personnel, ensuring accuracy and adherence to our quality standards. Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of their food order availability, delivery method, and current status; and answering questions. Place orders for customers in‑person and over the phone; upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and sauce descriptions, along with new items and promotions. Responsible for recording sales transactions on the cash register while providing excellent customer service and providing general customer assistance by performing the following duties. Ensuring each dish is prepared as per the customerʼs liking. Serving food with a smile and ensuring each plate looks appealing. Knowing health and safety regulations and ensuring the restaurant is clean and safe for all customers.
