Experience in planning work orders for manual ITT Grinnell Valves, AOV valves, MOV valves, safety relief valves, Throttle valves, MSIV valves, also extensive work with Limitorque actuators, Air handling unit damper and system repair, piping replacement, service air, HVAC, safety injection systems, containment spray and numerous other systems. Also includes Performance of valve walk downs, system walk downs, and field inspections and audits, material ordering and procurement for various projects and work scopes, including piping, valves, gaskets, raw materials, plate, and various parts. I am also a certified IQR (Independent Qualified Reviewer) for safety and quality related packages with other responsibilities of baseline and technical review of packages for final approval for field work. Creating and maintaining data bases to track work progress and schedule. Initiating design drawings such as FSK’s and RFI’s, FCR’s, and working to incorporate EDCR’s, DCN’s and DRAs. Outage planner for the Unit 1 Refuel 23 outage. Responsibilities are planning work orders for the outage including work orders for AOV valves, MOV valves, Turbine Auxiliary Feed water Pump, Boron Injection check valves, Accumulator repair packages, Fire protection system inspections and repair, numerous containment packages and safety related work, and learning a new planning system synch power 5.0. Other activities included data transfer and organizing for the potential go live date for change of planning software to Maximo.
