CurrentMy current assignments key accountabilites include 1) Managing the Extract, Cleanse, Transfom and Load of an enterprise data migration of United Utilities Linear assets from an Auodesk based Product to ESRI ArcGIS2) Magaging the enterprise wide cleanse and inferrence of linear data sets, which include over 10 million water and wastewater assets3) Managing the design of build of 2 data models to underpin future requirements and strategies of linear asset dataThe full data migration activity includes migrating various data sets in numerous formats to one consolidated solution. The migration contains over 50 million features.To manage this element of the GIS project I'm responsible for a team based across various disciplines including, technical recourse, business resource and third party companies.
