- Using various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates with JLPT level certificate. This involves proactively building and maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline. - Reviewing resumes, and evaluating candidates’ technical skills and qualifications. This may involve technical assessments or coding challenges to assess proficiency. - Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer stage or rejection. This includes timely communication, providing feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries. - Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to track candidate progress, measure recruitment effectiveness, and generate reports for stakeholders. - Continuously refining recruitment strategies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. - Contributing to employer branding efforts by promoting the company's culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.

Collaborates with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches- Recruits passive candidates and align to Level 5 or Level 6 roles based on skill level, education and background- Manages and maintains network of best-fit candidates through diverse social media platforms- Conducts in-depth screening interviews of both passive and active potential candidates- Analyzes and adjusts sourcing strategy based on hiring manager interview-to-offer ratios and trends- Recommends ideas and strategies related to recruitment- Delivers the highest quality results to the customer and hiring management team whenever possible- Articulate, in writing, recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
