I am currently responsible for the commercial management of two accounts with a combined revenue of >35M USD per annum with over 2000 staff, with responsibility for optimisation of financials and development of new solutions for both clients, optimisation of Operating income. This requires me to deliver compelling, deliverable, end to end solutions, including costing, pricing and solution design leading a team of global members to ensure that we deliver the best possible solution for Concentrix and for the clients.

Responsible for 220 staff across two sites (Luton and Bucharest), managing a contract centre looking after one of Concentrix’ clients. I was responsible for ensuring cost optimisation and margin improvement. The business was highly complicated with 21 languages, requiring multiskilled, multilingual staff members - covering a 24/7 operation. During my time as DPE we improved on our service levels of Quality, Back Office, Outbound work, as well as improving our recruitment and financial planning as well as optimisation of staff, and recruiting of bi-lingual and tri-lingual staffing, installation of IEX, installation of new reporting structures and automation.

Role was for End to End development of solutions from RFI through to Contract signature for small (<10 FTE), medium and large scale (>1000 FTE) deals from start to finish – leading solution teams of up to twenty individuals to build coherent solutions to win deals for our customers. These teams involved IT, Transition, Pricing, Sales, RESO and Delivery and Site Leadership. Subject Matter Expert for Workforce Management within the Solutions team, assisting all the other solution architects across Europe in their deals by estimating their staff, and assisting in the shift pattern optimisation, opening hour optimisation and rightsizing of solutions to ensure that we deliver the best price to the customers, and deliver the best profit to the business.Key wins as an SA was for Two Government Initiatives (United Kingdom) [65M GBP / 2M GBP], Automotive Retailer (Bulgaria) [5M EUR], United Kingdom Bank (UK/India) [>50M GBP], Multiple Telecoms Clients (UK/India/Philippines/Bulgaria) [>10M GBP], Major Electronics Supplier (UK) [14M GBP]) as well as a number of other smaller wins across USA, China, Western and Eastern Europe, Philippines and the United Kingdom, taking into consideration the unique requirements of each geography in terms of Staffing, HR, IT, Transportation and RESO.Responsible for the development of a new costing and pricing tool after the buyout of the IBM Outsourcing arm by Concentrix, worked with all levels of the business to design and project manage the specification, delivery and training and maintenance of a tool which is used globally to price new deals and change requests. This tool is an integral part of Concentrix, and for my work on it, won both the Concentrix Circle of Excellence award for Innovation and the Concentrix President’s Club award – which is one of their highest tears of recognition. This tool is used by >200 people globally in sales, solutions and delivery.
