Direct the compilation and distribution of Board Meeting agendas, minutes, and newsletters; confirm follow-up items are completed. Act as a liaison between Homeowners and Board of Directors. Vendor Management: Conduct bids, oversee projects, and perform annual and mid-year vendor reviews to ensure adherence to each Association’s maintenance schedule.
