In this role I drove the Geekmobile and went to people’s homes and small businesses to set up new computers as well as fix pre existing problems. Problems may include networking, printing, viruses, malware, broken hardware, corrupt data, program errors, operating system troubleshooting and repair. We used a custom ticketing system created in house to track work orders.

I provided care and companionship to an adult man with developmental disabilities. We planned activities together, prepared meals, and maintained the cleanliness of the house together. I strived to create an environment that encouraged independence and safety for my client. I also worked with my client at a volunteer location once a week. I aided in the volunteer tasks that my client was assigned while providing verbal direction and praise.
