Throughout my career as a learning specialist, I have gained extensive skills in the design and delivery of training courses, both in classroom and virtual environments.I have learnt to recognize different learning styles and adapt content to suit the needs of the individual learner.With the advancement of technology, I have embraced new and exciting ways to deliver engaging learner content to bring a blended approach to course modules and in some cases a totally on-line virtual learner experience.I have experience in delivering learning within commercial environments around the world as well as in the healthcare sector, such as mental health, delivering occupational health training to patients. Technical Skills: Able to facilitate and deliver learning content in different environments, maintaining learner engagement. Can create learning interventions and activities to target different learner styles Proficient with Adobe Captivate and other packages to create e-learning content. Ability to deliver distance learning via platforms such as WebEx and Teams.Personal Skills: Able to communicate at all levels, earning buy-in and engagement from learners.
