Facilitated the successful sale of Solar Sales to NASDAQ-listed Sunpower Corporation in 2008.Identified potential investment opportunities, completed due diligence and negotiated acquisitions to build the company from the ground-up. Monitored investments, managed shareholder relations, supported investees and promoted capital raising.
