For the past eight years, I've been at the forefront of innovation and leadership at South Pole, the world's largest climate company, where I've served in various capacities, most recently as Interim CEO.Since joining South Pole in London in 2016, I've played a pivotal role in its exponential growth trajectory, spearheading initiatives that have seen the company expand from 80 to 1,400 employees. From the EU-ETS to navigating CCAR, RGGI, and various domestic markets such as New Zealand, Australia, China, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan.CEO EXPERIENCE: Stepping into the role of CEO following the departure of the incumbent, I swiftly enacted transformative changes within a six-month timeframe.
