Design Sales Director
CurrentInitial role in January of 2008 was to lead the effort to develop a web presence and branding strategy including building a new website, initiating and managing delivery of a company newsletter, and providing all marketing efforts to support growth. Within 6 months, the role expanded to include selling NTI services as the Business Development Director.From 2008 to 2018 the company doubled in size. In May of 2018, NTI merged with ASD, Inc, As Design Sales Director responsibilities include:* DESIGN SALES -Increasing sales directly and indirectly for company growth, Implemented a CRM, initiated proactive efforts to increase repeat business, and created a strategic growth oriented plan with a focus on increasing client retention and new client growth resulting in record breaking sales year over year.* SALES MANAGEMENT - Manage all company sales and marketing activities, including encouraging and supporting individual team design business growth for both repeat client business and new business via referral and proactive sales efforts.* MARKETING - Create/update, and manage online presence with website, and NTI newsletter. Developed Branding Strategy to promote and manage highly targeted/low intensity viral effort via Website, Newsletter, LinkedIn.* OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT - Oversee pursuit of all new design business development including tracking active and inactive clients to facilitate and support internal quality control by principals and project management.
