Lean Projects & Operations Consultancy

Responsible for EHS, P&L of the production Plant, leading a local management team to establish and implement the local strategy to deliver the business group business annual KPI, including people management & development, profitable growth, internal and external change project delivery, legal compliance, customer satisfaction. Establish & maintain annual budgets, including Capital Expenditure. Chair works council with employees and lead negotiations with Unions on any employee regarded matters. Deliver and maintain new product launches to group targets as established at business acquisition phase. Enhance the EHS culture within the Plant and develop the Corporate Social Responsibility links with the local community. A member of the UK management team responsible for the overall UK profitability and delivery of the 3 UK Plants.

Responsible for all new project equipment / process installations, along with capacity planning and business allocation for 2 UK manufacturing facilities.
