I am an accredited psychotherapist with over 18 years’ experience working with clients who suffer from mild to moderate mental health issues. Some of these include depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, loss and bereavement and adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I have experience of working with clients on a one-to-one basis, including both short and long term therapy, using an integrative approach of person centred counselling, TA therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.My experience has included working in detox and rehabilitation centres for addiction related issues. As a locum counsellor within various NHS IAPT services providing short-term therapy, as well as running a successful private practice. As a director of The Hill Counselling Practice, I am involved in procuring contracts with organisations to deliver therapy for their staff members.
