Played a key role in the daily operations of both restaurants from creating an enjoyable and welcoming environment to food preparation. Initiated a program designed to promote both restaurants which produced a steady stream of new clients. This was achieved by writing, designing and distributing a monthly newsletter. Also took the initiative by planning events for the local community in collaboration with local partners. In NYC was a key player in setting up our new operations and systems and cultivating the new work environment for this new restaurant. Also created new business and individual connections within the community.
