After graduating from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies, John began his career in the early 2000's working with civil engineering companies specializing in land surveying, land development, and subdivision in the Poconos and suburban Philadelphia areas. John later started his own successful environmental consulting company, where he worked as a consulting sewage enforcement officer and environmental consultant, obtaining many on-lot sewage permits for area builders and real estate agents, and providing wetland delineations and commercial stormwater testing. He transitioned to a position with Stroud Township, where he served as Planning Administrator, Commercial Zoning & Codes Officer, and Alternate Sewage Enforcement Officer. In this role, he worked with business owners to coordinate requirements for opening a business and developing land in Stroud Township. He is currently an active member of the Stroud Township Sewer Authority and serves as the Authority Chairman. Since then, he has been working with some of the top commercial real estate firms and developers in the Pocono, Lehigh Valley, and Philadelphia markets. He has experience providing commercial land development and leasing services, business location and provided business development services for the region. John continues his work for personal growth and investments. He works with partners and clients on commercial land development plans, new home building, residential and commercial building renovations, commercial and residential land holdings and sales, business location services, zoning and planning needs associated with a variety of real estate permitting.
