With 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed and honed my expertise in UC technologies, such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, UC end devices, and UC telephony.As the UC Lead, I oversee the end-to-end service delivery, project management, and IT service management (ITSM) processes for the UC domain. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the UC strategy and roadmap with the business needs and goals.
