I am a Sr. IT Program Manager & Sr. IT Project Manager with 25 years experience. Over the past 20 years most of my IT projects were related to IT Security, SOX, PCI, and HIPAA. My control frameworks include ISO 27001. My client industries are diverse: Banking, Entertainment, Mfg, E-Commerce, Utilities, Telecom and Medical.Project Plan Info.Phase One of my IT project plan involves a full assessment of the IT control environment. If an IT resource is not available for a project task, my hands-on IT skills permit me to backfill almost any IT resource and complete the task myself.I create, forecast, monitor and adjust project budgets (capital & expense) to the task level and I detect and report all variances as they occur. I earned a certificate from The Anderson School of UCLA in Finance for Non-Financial Executives and have remediated many FI business processes.Lastly, I have also developed an on-line cloud based "IT PMO Tool" that manages all aspects of all project types within a Portfolio.
