Primary Email Support for Company including 8 Exchange 2010 servers, Barracuda Archiver, and Sophos Anti-Spam appliance. Support Active Directory environment consisting of one primary data center and 150 satellite locations. Provide Tier II support for Email, Active directory and Microsoft Office Products for employees and independent contractors. Maintained EMC Avamar Backup for Exchange and VMWare virtual environment.

Primary Exchange email support for Howard Hanna. Upgraded from Exchange 2000 to 2003, 2007, and 2010. Grew email system from roughly 2000 users to 5000 through at least six acquisitons. Also , worked with IT team to expand Active Directory, Cisco routing and wireless systems, and Windows systems for both employee and indepdent contractors (real estate agents).

Managed the LAN for Cleveland Manufacturing Plant and WAN connection to Pennzoil in Houston. Responsible for Network Hardware and Software, Servers, and Users Workstations. Optimized network performance for computerized manufacturing network. Used ArcServer and Backup Tapes in rotation to maintain data integrity.

Installed and Groupwise email system and Novell Network for 2000 users at main headquarters, manufacturing plant, and distrubution center. Also, primary support for windows, AS/400 desktop client, and various hardware and software for both office and manufacturing users.
