As Lead Industrial Designer, I led retail design projects to execute the customer experience for various brand’s flagship stores. Designs looked to emphasize their product and strengthen their brand image. Projects were expansive and typically covered all point of sale fixtures, product displays, checkout, and in-store services. Clients include Specialized, Smith Optics, Keen, Patagonia, Marmot, Black Diamond, Giro, and others. Over my tenure, my duties included ideation, 3D modeling, rendering, and creating project layouts for clients, builders, and engineers. As a full-service company I helped communicate project details to our overseas factory, review engineering for sampling and production runs and approved prototypes.
