I'm grateful for a now 17-year career in the same city (Cincy), same industry (CPG), and same retailer (Kroger)!In 2006, I started my career at General Mills, and spent the next 10 years in their Kroger Sales office learning Kroger, the industry, and key sales disciplines (account mgt, category, trade, managing ppl, strategic planning, etc.)In 2016, I was motivated to take the same Strategic, Data-Driven approach to the Service sector where I've now had the privilege of starting 2 Kroger brokerages with differentiated models. I'm currently at Select Brands, a team of friend and peers that love growing (not managing) our brands' and retailers' businesses together! Personally, I enjoy being on the sales 'front-lines' with teammates that are hungry for growth, willing to admit failure, ever curious to learn new better ways, and boldly question and disrupt 'the way it used to be done'!
