At Cameron Connect, we provide our customers with various sizes of custom fabricated cable. Products currently offered range from fiber optic cables to diesel locomotive (DLO) cables that are kitted to support the onshore wind and solar industries. Our organization is actively seeking additional markets to expand our manufacturing presence.As the Quality Manager, my primary responsibility is focused on my team’s ability to implement and ensure the integrity and improvement of our quality system. Our company’s quality system is ISO 9001:2015 compliant. Secondary responsibilities include: - Contract Review - Ensuring our customer's requirements can be carried out per their design data using parts and components specified in the BOM that adhere to our customer's specifications. Contract Review also includes coordinating with our Procurement/Purchasing personnel to ensure we'll be able to provide the completed kits within specified time requirements.- Manufacturing Engineering - Incorporate the customer's design data into useful, work instructions utilized by Production and Inspection personnel throughout product realization.- Company Safety Representative - Develop and implement our safety program that ensures our employees are provided regular training on various topics that are applicable to our manufacturing environment while addressing safety concerns to minimize or eliminate potential safety related incidents.

Non-CDL owner operator leased as a contractor to RV Transport companies. I was responsible for the safe and timely delivery of recreational vehicles to destinations across the continental U.S., while complying with applicable Department of Transportation regulations. Duties included pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the equipment used to transport the RV in order to ensure safe transport. I also performed inspections of the RV for damage and cosmetic concerns prior to hooking up to the unit, as well as performing an inspection on the unit at the time of delivery to check for any damage occuring during transport.

Responsible for conducting internal quality system audits to AS 9100 Standard, FAA Federal Aviation Regulations, European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) requirements, Design Organization Approval (DOA) requirements, Production Organization Approval (POA) requirements and environmental audits to the ISO 14001:1996 Standard. Additional responsibllities included conducting desktop and on-site audits of our supplier’s quality system coordinating with Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Production management in an effort to obtain the highest level of quality products from our suppliers. Reported audit results to the appropriate level of management personnel giving consideration for improving and strengthening the integrity of the quality management system from a cost effective point of view. The organization is an FAA approved FAR 145-Repair Station with limited Parts Manufacturing Authority.

Duties included operating a computer-controlled rubber mixer during the manufacturing process of flexible-polymer carpet cushion products. I also worked in the shipping department loading over the road trailers with several types of forklifts and I assisted in keeping inventory of our warehouse of different types of cushion products. After completion of internal auditor training, I became a reserve internal auditor as part of my additional duties as a banbury mixer operator.
