Execute to sector goals (including financial, development/mentorship, engagement, innovation, staffing) by developing organizational specific vision, strategy, & goals. Oversee commercial Aerospace Services including Chemistry, Radiation, and Metrology/Asset Management/Procurement ($7 Mil in commercial service & IWO sales annually). Leading a 1 Northrop Grumman Engineering initiative by collaborating with other NGC Sector leads (Virginia and BWI) to work to a common vision for metrology services and parts qualification, process, and usage. Responsible to provide supplier/subcontracts technical oversight and management to assure quality compliant hardware is delivered on schedule.
