Led a team of courseware developers designing computer based training (CBT) to train new C-17 pilots on Free-flight implementation, Controller Pilot Data Link, Automatic Position Reporting and TCAS systems. Researched and developed course curriculum, test measurements and remediation. Compiled appropriate regulations and equipment manuals for reference data base and utilization by developers to create the CBTs. CBTs were disseminated to three separate USAF facilities and accessed via intranet. Each CBT providing detailed instruction, testing and measurement, score-tracking and remediation for student pilots.

Performed as Senior Watch Supervisor, supervising operations of ATC crews while providing service to host country civil aviation, tactical combat aircraft, United Nations and Red Cross relief missions ensuring separation from obstacles, terrain and active military engagements. Provided aircraft with NOTAM updates, current weather and ATC clearances through partitioned military airspace to allow the ongoing expansion of civil aviation in Afghanistan. Utilizes non-radar ICAO procedures to transition aircraft through RADAR blind-spots allow aircraft to establish on-course via Class E airways.
