Contributed through: - Lead in Completion Accounts process resulting in £1.5M cash recovery from seller. - Lead in transfer pricing exercise resulting in £1M+ cash recovery- Led migration to IFRS for 2010 group statutory accounts- Lead role in business sale , including CIM, data room, management presentations, Q and A- Development of new group reporting and review mechanisms, including formats adopted by sister groups- SOX championing, leading to implementation of SOX across the Division - Working capital, Cash management, FX reporting, resulting in 95%+ hedged position, minimal bad debts, and improved cash availability- Margin analysis and development of Commercial approval processes resulting in improved profitability- Introduction of view of business by product and velocity with appropriate KPIs, business shape and setting performance criteria and targets. - Initiation and development of ongoing strategies through to approval, including major re-positioning projects including: Leading role in transfer of UK Distribution operation into joint venture with Caterpillar Logistics including negotiation of contracts (£175M spend), and lead role in transfer (including migration to SAP)  Joint venture with major customer group to access new routes to market, including negotiating contract.
