• Directly reporting to Technical Manager• Provides leadership to teams composed of Structural Engineers, Designers and Draftsmen’s.• Making it sure that we have the complete issued for construction drawings and specification references.• Produced communication strategies to meet the client's KPIs in what way the format of submittals will be as per project standards to avoid drastic rejection in the upcoming submittals.• Studies the project specification.• Prepares comparison between the IFC and the BOQ for any discrepancies then reported it to the Technical Manager.• Prepares RFI's for any missing information’s and distinction between the references.• Leads the team in preparing and initiating analysis of concept designs in accordance to the specifications and approved facade systems to effectively reach a satisfactory conclusion with a positive outcome for all parties concern then submit it to the Technical Manager for review before official submission.• Attends weekly Facade meeting with the Client Consultants and Main Contractor.• Resolved planning and construction issues of more than 2 projects by collaborating effectively with architects, engineers, and clients.• Coordinates regularly with the Technical team for material submittals in the early stage of the projects.• Upon approval of the concept design, we accelerate the preparation of detailed shop drawings, structural calculations and BIM models with a perfection and on time then submit it to the Technical Manager for review before official submission.• Used computer software "Autodesk" to produce schematic 2D and 3D basic drawings. • Directly reporting to Team Leader• Prepares weekly summary submittal logs of Shop drawings and calculations then submit it to the technical manager and on upon request by the Client of Main Contractor.• Upon approval of the shop drawings and structural calculations we immediately transmit it to our Fabrication and Material Reservation teams for the next stage of engineering works.• Coordinates with the Implementation teams for any design related concerns.• Leads the team in preparing the closed out engineering works such as as-built drawings and BIM models, Prepares shop drawings and submit it to Design Team Leader for final checking and transmit it to the Consultant for approval.• Prepares detail drawings and submit it to Design Team Leader for final checking and forward it to Structural Engineer for calculations then transmit it to the Consultant for approval.• Prepares material take-offs and hand over it to the Design Team Leader for approval and transmit it to Purchasing Department for purchase.• Prepares fabrication drawings (stick & unitized system) for the scope of works assign and hand over it to Design Team Leader for approval and released it to the Fabrication Department for fabrication and production.• Prepares AS-BUILT drawings for project closed out.• Used computer software "Autodesk" to produce schematic 2D and 3D basic drawings.
