My responsibilities included the opening and operation of the 35,000 square foot Cottingham Campus YMCA, a full service YMCA branch. This location had 16 volunteer executive board members, 9 full-time staff, and 100 part time staff. During my time we grew the association from a $400k annual operating budget to 2.5M. Annual campaign support grew from $40,000 to $125,000 in the first 2 years of operating. Worked alongside the CEO and volunteers to grow the presence and impact of the YMCA in a brand new community.
