- Responsible for providing reports on hiring, cost per hire, amount of leads, and other recruitment data-driven analysis. - Created dynamic dashboards and trackers for data analysis purposes using Google Sheets as the main tool. - Serve as the Sourcing POC in Recruitment Department by liaisoning DOLE, PESO, and other government partners for job fairs as well as Jobstreet, Mynimo, and other Job Platforms for billings and purchases.- Source and prescreens applicants from different job platforms like Jora, Indeed, etc.- Plan sourcing initiatives like open house recruitments, special recruitment activities, and even billboards to increase leads on seasonal ramps based on historical data.As a Sourcing Officer, it is my responsibility to provide data and hiring reports.
