Curated was acquired by Flip in February of 2024.As PM for content, I lead a team of PMs, operators, designers and engineers to create scalable ways for Curated's users to shop with experts. I cold-started, validated and scaled a full-stack content strategy that grew organic traffic and also increased global site conversion by 37% (Measured by A/B Tests).- Led Content AI strategy - used GPT-4 to create programmatic content, increasing global conversion rate by 4%, measured via A/B tests. I also led our strategy to deploy LLMs to moderate content, increasing publishing velocity by 400% QoQ. - Drove strategy and execution for expert-created videos, first by growth hacking and scaling personalized videos as part of the Curated core recommendation experience, then by cold-starting and validating shoppable short product videos. These video projects increased site conversion by 25%, measured via A/B tests.

As PM for Marketplace, I led a cross functional team of engineers and operators to make sure that Curated users were introduced to experts shockingly fast, received great recommendations, and returned to buy again.- Developed marketplace north star metrics to drive strategy, then built marketplace features that increased global site conversion by xx%-Led team to develop "expert" creator tools to build better recommendations and improve personalization.
