CurrentManage assigned mortgage operations staff (8-12).Manage performance of proactive pipeline routines.Provide support for escalated problem resolution.Resolve operational issues raised by client partners.Work with Learning and Development to determine training needs accounts aimed at increasing production volume or improving loan quality.Identify negative trends associated with key areas such as compliance or loan quality and work directly with team to provide solutions.Interface with internal operations and support areas to identify root cause of issues.Manage process and procedure changes or best practice communication to team.Manage direct reports so as to effectively evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.Effectively communicate with internal and external management/clients/customers/vendors.Establish and monitor monthly forecasting targets.Perform hiring, training, and performance management process activities.While performing the duties of this position, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidential financial data.
